Once your child is accepted, you’ll complete an enrollment packet with the needed health, safety, and care forms. These may include medical and immunization records, emergency contact information, authorized pickup details, discipline and behavior policies, food program paperwork, medication permission, liability forms, your parent/provider contract, and the daily schedule or holiday information. We’ll help guide you through each step so the process feels simple and clear.

Your start date depends on classroom availability and how quickly enrollment paperwork is completed. We’ll work with you to help your family get started as soon as we can.

Yes. We welcome visits and encourage you to tour the center, meet our team, and learn more about our program. Reach out to schedule a time that works well for you.

Yes. We provide nutritious meals each day, including breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. Our menus are planned to offer balanced options that support children’s growth, energy, and developing tastes. If your child has dietary needs or allergies, our team will work with you to ensure their meals are safe and appropriate.

We follow health and safety practices that help protect all children and staff. If a child is sick or showing symptoms of illness, we may ask families to keep them home or pick them up early. Our team can review the full illness guidelines with you before enrollment.

Your child’s day includes a mix of routines, play, and guided learning. We focus on confidence, independence, and growth through art, music, movement, outdoor exploration, and age-appropriate activities.

You can enroll your infant or preschooler with us. Steps To Hope Academy serves children from infancy through age 5, with care and learning experiences tailored to each stage of development.
